Score Cash on Delivery orders and confirm the risky ones on WhatsApp before they ship. Install the app from the Shopify App Store. This page does not ask for a shop domain.

• COD detection. Manual payment methods such as Cash on Delivery are picked out of each new order. Prepaid orders are not stored.
• RTO score. Every COD order gets a 0–100 score from address, PIN, buyer history, amount, and traffic source.
• WhatsApp confirmation. Risky orders can be confirmed in English or Hindi. The merchant dashboard shows the result.
